Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to buy clothing and accessories from our shop. You agree to provide accurate checkout information.

Products & pricing

We sell women’s apparel and related styles including New Arrivals, Cocktail Dresses, Formal Dresses, Sundresses, White Dresses, Matching Sets, Vacation Looks, Heels, Tops, Bottoms, and more. Prices, colors, and availability may change without notice. Product photos aim to be accurate; slight differences in fabric texture or color can occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Shipping, returns & delivery

Shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, delivery estimates, and return windows are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. Current store settings include free shipping from $39, typical delivery in 3–5 days (2026/07/29 (Wed) – 2026/07/31 (Fri)), and returns within 15 days of delivery when eligibility rules are met.

Accounts & acceptable use

If you create an account, keep your login confidential. You may not misuse the site (including scraping, interfering with checkout, or posting unlawful content). We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

Intellectual property

Site content—logos, product imagery, copy, and layout—belongs to Baerveldt or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Baerveldt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the storefront, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
