Refund and Returns Policy
At Postcard Pending Asymmetrical Chiffon Top, we want your Baerveldt pieces—from sundresses and matching sets to denim shorts, rompers, and heels—to feel right when they arrive. This policy covers returns and refunds handled by Baerveldt on baerveldt.com.
Return window
You may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date. Start your request through Contact Us with your order number and the item name.
Condition requirements
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached where applicable.
- Return packaging should protect the garment (especially sequins, lace, pleats, and structured denim).
- Include any free gifts or promotional add-ons that shipped with the item when required for a full refund.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale / clearance merchandise marked as such, personalized items, intimates if offered, and products that show wear, odor, makeup, or damage may not be accepted. Eligibility notes on the product page at purchase apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer after we submit the refund. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color in Cocktail Dresses, White Dresses, Matching Sets, or Denim Bottoms, contact us first. When an exchange is not possible, we can process a return/refund so you can reorder from Shop.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or does not match your order, email photos and your order number within the return window. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
